Horseback Ride to the Waterfall

Horseback Ride to the Waterfall

After receiving the safety instructions, the tour will begin with 3 kilometers of distance on horseback between regenerating forests and paddocks until we reach the viewpoint of the Pino Blanco waterfall.

Along the way, you will be able to enjoy the vegetation of a mature forest along the Fortuna River, as well as the excitement of crossing our suspension bridge and observing frogs, toucans, insects and some monkeys that inhabit the place.

Once in the river and the majestic waterfall of La Fortuna, you can swim, take pictures and relax with the breeze of the water that runs through the 100 meter high canyon.

The return is made by walking along the same path to reach the Pino Blanco viewpoint again and ride to the starting point.

During the return you will have the opportunity to visit the Maleku Indigenous cultural rescue center. In this small representation you will be able to learn about their traditional clothing, their culture, crafts, beliefs and language.

Having experience is not essential to enjoy this exciting adventure. Our guides will give you the basic instructions and the confidence to start the tour. Our docile and healthy horses will make your journey very pleasant.
